Refund Policy

All goods from Co-lab Pantry are non-refundable unless goods are damaged or short-stocked. For damaged goods, images must be provided showing proof of damaged goods - this also helps to mitigate issues for future orders. 

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately should good(s) be defective, damaged or if you receive the incorrect good(s), so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Refunds

If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Costs of delivery, if any, will not be included in the refund.

If you receive goods in error, past the shelf life, a refund will be provided on your original payment method.

If you are short stocked on goods, a refund will be provided on your original payment method.

All refunds typically take 3-5 business days. Please keep in mind, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
